- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology or other closely related field with demonstrated superior academic results
- Two or more years of consulting, retail or consumer product experience with supply chain exposure
- WMS project management, customer/project account management, or ERP systems implementation strongly preferred
- Keen problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down processes into logical components and construct clear logic and analysis
- Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with the ability to immediately contribute in a team environment
